rent the shops for hostel!!...i really cannot imagine what is the value for the shops as business?? Their campus at Taman Puchong Prima, how come they cannot find hostel around there??
just spoken to a few KFCH officer who came over to discuss on the renovation, they will be here for at least 5-10 years. Most of the students are sponsored by Mara and Felda. KFCH is really serious in running this college and the are spending millions just to reno up the hostel
KFCH International College is now focusing on Felda youths, offering them opportunities to enroll at the college and job opportunities within the KFC network.They won't simply enroll nasty african to spoil these innocent youth
i think it is good for our taman. do u think they can rent so many shops or houses in one area so easy? all together some more. only new develop areas can provide. luckily kfch fast enough, otherwise not easy to get.
People are moving to the Shop house now but are they really the students?They look more like foreign workers..clothes are hanging on the corridor make the street scene messy like shit.
hmm , out taman will be flocked by students now , good or bad ?
