Nusa Lagenda - Bandar Saujana Putra TA Global via its subsidiary, TA Properties Sdn Bhd entered into a JV with a 50% interest with Prominent Xtreme Sdn Bhd to develop 255 units of apartments on 2 parcels of land in Bandar Saujana Putra, Selangor. The project is known as Nusa Lagenda and the GDV is RM99.5 million.
I saw that land reclaimation (few meter higher than lake's water level) is on-going at the site, close to western of Taman Putra Impiana (near Puchong Meranti Jaya Toyota Service Center).

why the news in this blog are updated so slow?
