    I just checked with Majlis Sepang and they said there is no approved project currently for this land but only ' aktiviti pengalihan tanah ' going on.

    today I saw a house looks like a office almost done..I wonder why build a house over there..later going to demolish it?????????????Some said it was tempat pelupusan sampah, some said it is housing project from "Palm XXX developer" from Klang.Anyone can confirm???? or we just wait n see lah ;-)

    I think it looks very much like Sales Office. It should be another housing development project...

    Called up to Plenitude Sales Office, a lady said they are also surveying what development is going on.. but for sure is not belong to Plenitude. Hope is not high rise project... cross finger!!

    just checked with SISA.my and they mentioned that there is no plans for pelupusan sisa pepejal plant in Puchong and Sepang now. They requested us to check with state government(MPSp) on the plans if any. Btw, is Palm XXX, Palm Grove Development a.k.a Metrogen ? believed it is a high rise dev if any dev is going on that small little piece of land beside lake.

    Actually Taman Putra Prima jz beside ELITE highway, anybody know Plenitude/other developers will open a toll direct go to that highway?????That is a sign board direct ppl go to "Bandar Saujana Putra"..Somemore if another project there, jalan putra prima utama will congested during morning time..Anybody asking plenitude this matter before????Please share.....

    FYA, this B site is housing for orang asli (relocation project). Site A is condominium project X2 Residency by Metrogen Sdn Bhd. I just visited their show house and sales office at site.

    Yes, Site B is for orang asli, they build house only for orang asli can have it because its orang asli land. My office just beside it. Someone talk to them, the orang asli say they rather want money and some land in jungle they dont want to live in city. Even they got free house here, they cant find food. They want to hunt there own food in jungle.
