    not each 7-Eleven will locate an ATM.
    its depends to the shop size, environment and approval from MPS, this is what I get info from Tasik Prima 7-Eleven workers.

    Ground floor rental is on 2.5k-3k range. Good to have 7-11 step into TPP. Good for resident here.
