‘Westlake’ At The Fringe of Cyberjaya by Gabungan AQRS

As announced in September 2013, Gabungan AQRS purchased a 19.0-acre piece of land at the fringe of Cyberjaya, Selangor on which we intend to build our Westlake development. The Group acquired a 19.0-acre piece of land in Dengkil, for a cash consideration of RM35.6 million on 26 September 2013. Given the land’s serenity by a lake and strategic location within close proximity to an existing high-end development, we opine that this land holds tremendous potential to be nurtured into a high-growth vicinity in the near future.
