where is the location?
fuck , really? low cost apartment? man this is going to bring down the demographics and introduce potential problem to our TPP areas, foreign workers might come in and crimes might go up. Plus it's going to affect the whole area property price too. What is PLENITUDE THINKING?
i am not looking down at ppl staying in low cost apartment, but having this in our taman just not right.OMG
It is true, at one end they build high end 2.5 sty house and at the other end they build low cost aprt? Are those that bought 2.5 sty know this plan?
And... 448 units!! this number alone already double of my phase!!
at the current property price... how much ($$) is classified as low cost? below 300K ?
Hmm... come to think about it again, I think it is a must to build these low cost aprt. It is enforced by the government if I am not wrong...
Dun b silly la, your property px wont be affected by this low cost apartment. Not all ppl are entitled to buy this low cost apartment. Even if you earn rm20k a month and can afford to buy a few units, the government will definitely let you down...
But in terms of safety and crime, it might be a problem....

Please review price chart of terrace houses in Kepong beside low cost apartments. Same thing with concentrated low cost apartments ara in Connaught cheras, SS13 ~ 17 Shah Alam , Batu 13, OUG, Jalan Klang Lama, etc. I can go on with the list because I am an agent myself.
I can go on with the list but the point is never say never. It won't bring your price down looking at current market, but it won't inflate your house price as much as other areas either, that's the point. It will be a factor for your reselling value next time, customers will take these into consideration.

good question, some low cost apartments in Kajang and Shah Alam still transacted at below 100k or slightly above, some prime areas are in average 100 ~ 190k at most, and I am talking bout resale market. Plenitude new units should be higher than these prices but won't be much higher either.
Plenitude know how to do bisnes better than you are...

went to Plenitude office this morning and saw the phase 7A and 7B as shown in the model master plan being located next to 8A and 8B, towards MAS Sepang direction. Next to the sewage plant too.

I meant to have a low cost appartment nearby our house is a bad news, but to have it at the land bside sewage plant is kind of "u dont like it but acceptable" ...

The main road will be very busy in the next two three years...
I wonder why nobody take any action about the condition of the road... i really fed up the pot holes, why can't the authority to remake the whole stretch of road once forever and not just patch here and there....

Yes the road condition sucks! i'm wondering why the stretch of road starts from putra prima main gate towards Tmn Mas Sepang is done nicely??!!! But why only the road from tasik prima towards our TPP is that sucks!!??
can somebody confirm if this news is true or not?not to look down on these kind of apartments,but just feel get "cheated" as this is not in their earlier plan!!!and with this kind of units,it is going to bring a lots of community problems.
it has always been in Plenitude's plan to have low cost. They just try to keep it low profile as not to deter purchasers. I was already told that there will be low cost around since i purchase PP houses 7 years back. They did said that they will only launch it during the last few phases of launching in Putra Prima and will be probably 10 years from the time i first bought PP house. (which is true!)
just confirmed they are planning to build a 5 storey apartment,lets hope it don't bring community problem especially the safety in our area

PP4A - look up Sri Begonia, Sri Alpinia, Sri Dahlia in Google.

Sri Begonia, Sri Alpinia, Sri Dahlia is not a low cost property ok!!! this is call apartment. low cost property are like "sarang burung" if u went before to Puchong Prima or Puchong Perdana u will see it,no special parking for u, first come first serve and without security guard and u will see how the environment over there. correct me if i'm wrong

PP4A - From what I can understand from the REHDA website, the gomen did not specify whether it should be guarded, have fixed parking, etc. So, maybe its up to each developer to decide - I'm not sure.

She got report to police but cant take any action as well. All of us also hoping that this kind of issue wont be happen in TPP. 1. Safety is the most of our concern.
2. Just put those Plenitude's CEO or high post personel n thier family to stay in the low cost appartment, i think they will know the way to solve the problem.
3. Low cost appartment is not the problem, but we must monitor those who r staying/hiding there.
btw the appartment is planned to be located at the side toward tmn mas..
Just build a divider or something to divide it out from current phase of TPP, guess this will solve half of the problems
