Wow, looking forward to the launch as thinking about upgrading. I wonder how much will be the pricing.
Went to see Putra Impiana preview on their 2.5 storey house, intermediate expected to be 788k, corner lot 1.2million! But the house is only 20x70 (but 2600sq feet built up) and 23x70 (3200 sq feet built up) respectively.
my brother also thinking about upgrading, currently staying at an apartment in kelanajaya. Hope that the price wont be too crazy...
Wow! putra impiana 2.5sty selling at 788k, and with leasehold title and lousy developer, i say better wait for plenitude launch.
I am an owner of phase 4A. Let me tell you Plenitude is no better, the house plenty of crack and lousy workmanship just go ask any phase 4A owner.
Hi, where is the Phase 2C?
It's right next to Park Homes, near the big oval park.

If you look along Jalan PP4/1, you will see an oval shaped park in the middle of the map.
Above that park, you will see some empty land on both sides of PP4/1, that will be Phase 2C.
Just in case you are wondering, I am not working for Plenitude, I am a resident of PP4 :)

Anyone any info regarding What phase is that for the land behind PP4/10?(Next to X2) n What type of house they r building?
For the land beside X2, heard from the developer sales ppl that it will be another phase to be launched early next year. Design will be similar to Phase 8B (got both 2 storey and 2.5 storey) but built-up bigger - about 3500 sq feet for 2.5 storey.

Oops, the previous poster is right. The area behind PP4/10 will be Phase 2C.
The one next to Park Homes (near PP4/1) will be phase 3E.
Wow! other than 2C and 3E, there is 6B next to the 3E right? TPP has 3 new phases comming in...
should be 4 new phases, not including Phase 7A - 448 units of low-cost apartments

The whole place in TPP will jam. I saw the unit for Phase 6A and Phase 3E very nice.
