If each house has 3 person on average, Putra Prima will hit 10K population soon. It's big enough population to be a self contained township.
Once 7A is fully occupied, TPP will reach 10K population.
If could have at least 1 Bank(maybank/cimb/pb..) and 1 post office to operate at PP2 will b nice. for now its a bit inconvenient for TPP folks
how often u go to bank and post office? now almost everyting can online... but still got ppl line up to pay bills and etc
You can go to Puchong Prima Maybank and Hong Leong 3 - 4 km away from TPP. There is a mini Post Office in a shop located opposite Sky Restaurant.
Good to have post Office/ Bank(at least ATM or CDM)/ 24h Clinic within 1km distance from our house.
TPP now seems has only clinic(fully functioning? 24h?)
for those ppl who like to ask 'how often u go to bank and post office?', may i ask u how u withdraw/bank in cash/cheque online? u print bank notes with ur printer?
Plenitude sales personel like to give this kind of excuses, instead of admit that our TPP commersial area so far so lack behind.
Its entire different feel if we dont have to go far out to reach an ATM especially at nighttime.
To be frank, TPP commercial area is lifeless.
If I were you and need these amenities very often, I wish that I can stay in Bandar Puteri Puchong.
Tmn Putra Prima got 24hr mamak, 7-eleven, 99 speedmart, few kopitiams, clinic, saloon/barber, carwash, laundry, car repair, hardware shop, stationary shop and etc, for me, I couldn't ask for more
Btw do u know u can order casket at TPP commercial area?
Landscape need to revamp..
My suggestion is to join-effort with the X2 residency to improve our landscape, look at our main entrance, especially the road condition! It simply as ugly as any factory/heavy construction area.
Actually, not to talk abt landscaping, Plenitude + X2 developer never show their sincerity to touch up our road properly + lit up roadlight properly.
Since 2014 PP2 not bad to have mamak at least we can to buy food anytime(although not much choices).
But pls Plenitude try to channel in post office + ATM/CDM la, else our TPP hard to achive successful township long-termly. 10,000 folks cant even hv a single ATM/CDM?
Developers need to work closely with MPSP for the road issue and landscaping.. but alas these developers did not put in much effort.
Anyone write in the complaint to their head office in Sri Hartamas? Please send to Madam Elsie Chua, their Executive Chairman.
Address: 2nd Floor, No. 2, Jalan Sri Hartamas 8, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Tel.: +603-6201 0051
Yes, we need a post office, a small bank branch (we collectively as a group should write to some bank and request them to open branch here) and better eateries. We also need a Klinik 1 Malaysia here and preferably a bigger mini mart - Jaya Grocer etc.
even though we have 10K population, the putra prima pasar malam had failed twice..this just cannot convince ppl to venture big here
hey guys, any idea hows the occupancy of our neighbour X2 and taman Mas Callisa new condo(and oso some TPP new phases)?
A bit worry tat X2 residency will eventually fail n occupied by negros. Happened to see 1 negro walk out from X2 last week, Happened to see negros appeared at PP2 speed99 too... wer r they come from?
The main problem is the accessibility to this area. As it is located at the end of the main road, the number of residents and workers at the industrial area that are spending at the shops during daytime is limited. The business volume still insufficient. That is why there are still many vacant shoplots in commercial area.
It is unlikely that banks will move in this area at this moment due to the location and accessibility. However, if the condos are fully occupied and there is a new access linked from Elite, it will be different story.
i think if you need the businesses to be successful and flourish in Putra Prima, residents here have to support it. I supported local eateries as much as i could when i was here, Kawanku and even the Indian stall beside cybercafe.
if you need the businesses to be successful and flourish in Putra Prima, residents here have to support it. AGREE!
Hi, do anyone who stay near the tpp4 smell the stench especially at night time. I know that there is a cow farm at taman mas beside the new road. But i still can smell it even my house far a way from the farm.. Who can i complain to? Cannot tahan..
Perhaps you can talk to your neighbours and RA committee first before complain to Majlis Perbandaran Sepang at http://www.mpsepang.gov.my/e-aduan
Support PP2's eateries, shops, car wash, mini market etc.. for our own good. wish to have more 24hr eateries..
The lingkaran putra prima road re-tar why stop at taman tekali instead of strech to taman mas? is MPSJ's work or MPSP?
It is MPSJ that did the work but they have to stop the work at the boundary of MPSepang. There is a notice board beside the Mosque showing MPSJ's work.
What worries me is there is only one road leading out of our taman putra prima and its causing traffic jam. It will get worse once X2, low cost, D'aman are fully occupied. We need alternative road out to Jalan puchong.
These condos won't be fully occupied in this or next year. I suppose there will be another new road connecting TPP to Meranti Jaya via the on-going D' Peninsular. I see more cars from TPP and Taman Mas are using Jalan Jurutera as alternative.
I guess so - the road is MPSJ's work, means MPSP is sleeping so far so sound!! How i wish to pay my cukai pintu to MPSJ instead of MPSP. Haha, if possible better TPP re-zone under daerah subangjaya.
even though i see the re-tar project's work quality isn't good(simply not flat n not thick enof, can foresee to peel-off within 1 year), but better then do nothing. Hopefully they can improve their quality of work when the work on the other side of the road.
If you don't know anything, please don't comment.
I have been complaining to MPSJ since 8 years ago regarding the road. Recently, I have complained to state government, MPSJ just took action to repair the road.
MPSP has been very responsive to all my complaints so far. And if you compare, MPSP is much better than MPSJ.
Agree, MPSP is very responsive. if u dont believe, go try their online e-aduan
i d like to say thank you to those ppl who really tk initiative to do complain/feedback to authorities. While the rest can only give support by paying tax regulary. Thank you guys.
Glad to know tat MPSP was oso very responsive. but honestly speaking, just compare TPP with the Tasik Prima area, I dont see much improvement on our road condition, road light issue and flash flood issue. long way to go man, MPSP...
And why our TPP main road always with lots of sand n small batu? especially on most recent few months? I think both plenitude & X2 developer are responsible for tat. no one can check on them?
took some photos of what you mentioned and log a report at e-aduan.. the residents need to be proactive, not just complaining about to who he wish to pay tax...
While the rest can only give support by paying tax regulary = wrong attitude! the rest shld b register to e-aduan too
Actually it is very easy to lodge complaint to MPSP, hope everyone can do it. I am exhausted doing this. I have more than 50 complaints in my accounts.
Lodge complaint also did not help much.. Plenitude just keep on selling their units without much improvement done!!
If like that, then please don't complain anymore.
Actually the online e-perkhidmatan provided by Majlis Perbandaran Sepang is very useful and efficient. You can check on your Cukai Taksiran online and make payment by using Credit Card or e-banking.
Recently I received an extra bill for Cukai Taksiran, which was wrongly sent to my address and I could search the actual owner based on the account no. in e-cukai. I made complaint through e-aduan to correct this in the morning. MPSepang responded and solved it same day in the afternoon.
I would recommend that the residents from TPP to try their service provided in www.mpsepang.gov.my
Yes, agreed. Please complain through a proper channel. Don't always grumble here and there but no action taken.
Eventhough there is a proper channel but people still grumble, not because they don't know the proper channel but they refuse to try doing something new and repeatedly grumbling as part of their routine. It is like doing same thing everyday but hoping for a different result.
Population is growing in this area!!!...
