The Peninsular by TA Global Berhad

In October 2011, TA Global Berhad acquired 25% equity interest in Oaxis Sdn Bhd, a company which holds 92 acres of land in Mukim Dengkil Daerah Sepang, Negeri Selangor. The parcel is located off the south-eastern side of Taman Putra Prima, off the western side of Taman Meranti Jaya and off the Northern side of D’Island, Selangor. This project is named "The Peninsular", taking after its shape of a peninsular. It is marked for a mixed development of 575 dwellings, comprising of 3-storey superlink terrace houses, 3 storey semi-detached houses, 3 storey bungalows, apartments, single storey shop houses and 3 storey shop houses and a club house. The first phase of The Peninsular comprising of 98 units of 3 storey superlink terraces is scheduled to be launched in the first quarter of 2013.
