the problem with TPP & Putra Impiana is the landskaping accross the road from LakeView-KFC Pizza-Hut traffic light,the lamp-post,the trees & the road-condition. Look at our neighbour Bukit Puchong Newtown-Tesco,obviously the developer had done a fantastic job on the facilities & infrastructure. Imagine TPP,X2 & Putra Impiana (and upcoming The Wharf) & with all the lake(s) are all nursed & maintain, our place can be as good as Kota Kemuning or Setia Alam.
Install few traffic lights n touch up the road please!!!
i really dun understand y majlis perbandaran sepang dun repair the stretch of road near the junction at taman tekali. The road there so suck...
Since they already repaired the road towards taman mas, might as well continue until kfc/pizza hut...
there is reason why no road repair near the tekali site. There are a lot of lorries in out from tekali junction as there are a few development near the lake side. repairing the road will only give you comfort for a few weeks...in my opinion, developers involved should take turn to repair the road.. guess we will live in this type of road condition for the next 10 years until all development completed...
but the road condition there is already bad loh... at least do some patching la... then hv to wait until a large 10 feet diameter hole only start repair ka??
The last I heard was that the Tekali road is at the 'border' of district between MP Sepang and MP SJ.
Place before Tekali is MPSJ (Taman Tasik Prima) , place after Tekali is MPS (Mas Sepang, TPP, Tekali).
So road at the border gray zone, they `tai chi` to each other, refuse to fix the road because they think it's not their problem. Should we call a wakil rakyat or something? I think that bad road belong to MPS mostly, partially to MPSJ (on the KFC side).
Call theresa kok lah.. i thought she was there during the briefing at tmn putra prima last two weeks...

Teresa Kok is Kinrara MP, i think our district is Gobind Singh (close enough), although technically our land is under Dengkil mukim, which is under Sepand district, which is technically oversen by the Sepang UMNO MP - Suhaimi Mohd Ghazali or something (not sure the name). Complex, right? It just depends on who has the will to step up to help us, Teresa has been terrific in her job, maybe she is the one. Now, who's gonna call ? :)
the recent underground cable-work made the situation worse. I have no choice but to use highlight at some corner at night,anyone have any idea what is goin on?
yeah...i called to complaint no road lights as well!..First i called MPS then was advised that stretch of lingkaran putra prima belongs to MPSJ!
This is terrible! and no one responsible to help us to repair or makeover the whole damm sucking road!
We all seriously need to do something as now the road condition got worse after the underground cable work....so just left it like that?!?!!!

Cool.. If the unit is starting from 22x85 and at the price tag of RM900K, plus is a FH land.. then it is a value buy property compared to Phase 6A, 3E or Aquamarine!!!
Unfortunately Peninsular is located on a leasehold land. Else, I have lined up to purchase.
Some websites state that this land is freehold but in actual it is a Leasehold land.

I just called TA Global and they said that this project is on hold. According to news in internet, it supposes to be launched in 2013. The sales person doesn't know much and ask me to refer to TALAM when I asked about the land tenure. Sounds like TA will withdraw from this JV. Anyone can verify this?
But the latest news is that they gonna launch project in Q3/Q4 2015.
This land is under MP Sepang. Anyone able to check with MPSP? Will this area potential to be facelifted as high-end property after Meranti Jaya, The Peninsular, D' Island, 6A, 3E, X-2 & Aquamarine are all linked up? Need more value added amenities around these Taman.
