Is it located at the RED SPOT next to Lavender Terrance? How much? Any show unit available?
Definitely more than million.. my guess is RM1.3mil-1.6mil..

Façade is impressive but not the location.. plus only 12 units.. and leasehold for 83years.
Rivertree Puchong land size is larger than normal 21x104 = 2184 sqft.
However, compare the overall, I think it is better to choose 3 storey in TPP 6A for this location. 24x70 + Freehold + Gated & Guarded at RM 1.37.

For the price tag at 1.6 million and leasehold, I will choose semi-D in D'Island rather than this rivertree.
Haha.. someone is trying to sell their TTP6A house here..
The balconies all are joined together. Don't really like this area. The villagers like to burn leaves during evening and there are illegal rubbish dumping side that burn rubbish at night.
