Is it located at the RED SPOT next to Lavender Terrance? How much? Any show unit available?
Definitely more than million.. my guess is RM1.3mil-1.6mil..

However, compare the overall, I think it is better to choose 3 storey in TPP 6A for this location. 24x70 + Freehold + Gated & Guarded at RM 1.37.

For the price tag at 1.6 million and leasehold, I will choose semi-D in D'Island rather than this rivertree.

The balconies all are joined together. Don't really like this area. The villagers like to burn leaves during evening and there are illegal rubbish dumping side that burn rubbish at night.
