Desiran Bayu - LBS Bina New Development @ South of Taman Putra Prima

Desiran Bayu, the lake-side residential homes on a Malay Reserve land, is another upcoming development by LBS. Featuring 100 acres of manicured land surrounding immense spans of lake; Desiran Bayu is located next to our pilot premier development, D’ Island Residence, in Puchong. As its name suggests, Desiran Bayu depicts the perfect calm of tranquil waters, gently laced with the sound of leaves heard especially when the wind blows – trees make wonderful rustic sound that comes with water-side living. This is an apt name for the development as it captures the tranquility oflake-side living where the lake is the central feature.
This carefully planned lake view development consists of a mixture of Double Storey Semi-D and Double Storey Cluster Link. The homes design was inspired by the concept that Asian families especially Malays value strong family values and community living are a large part of their way of life. However, in today's modern living we want to still capture the charm of this tradition with the quaint homes that are fused with all the expectations of modern city life. This specially designed development for the Malay community is xpressed through the traditional touches to the homes and also through encouraging communal facilities surrounding the development's main feature - the lake. These facilities include a jogging track with some outdoor exercise stations around the lake to ensure that families stay healthy. Traditional playgrounds with games like Congkak, multifunction pavilion, open plaza, cabana, BBQ pits and picnic areas for families to bond and relax. Furthermore, there will be a Surau within the development. The development boasts of lush local greenery provides a conducive environment for recreation and healthy platform for the community to gather and to bring foster closer bonds. This development is open for registration now and targeted to launch at the third quarter of year 2014.
