Anyone wants to rent a space/room for SOHO?

Anyone wants to rent a space/room for SOHO at Putra Prima new shop lot? The owner have renovated 1st floor for office use, the office is currently fully equipped with aircond, tables and chairs with a few rooms, Internet facilities (Unifi) will be installed very soon. As it is only occupied by less than 4 people most of the time, the owner intends to rent out some space/room for SOHO and small time entreprenuers at very reasonable charges. Director room with aircond, RM400/ month inclusive of electricity, Internet and water. The office is located at Jalan 2/4.
