definite price hike for block B since the response for block A is good and the chances of developer increasing price for the remaining units in block A is high..if i am the developer i will do the same because it directly convey a very positive signal to the potential buyers that this is a 'good & valuable investment'..and in the future maybe people will Q-up overnite to buy block B..haha

Current maintenance fee set at 0.11psf. If later increased to 0.20++, I'll be in trouble...But I love the BIG swimming poooooool~

starting from RM569,800(2000++ sq ft) to RM711,800(2400++ sq ft). 88 lease hold. what the crazy price!!!better get putra prima landed house.

Young generation nowadays living and preferring a slightly different lifestyle from their parents..i used to have those mindsets that staying in landed house is better than high rise condo.. but when I saw X2..im asking myself what do I really want? And then..i booked 1 unit..

I think most of the buyers here are attracted by X2 because of its large built-up area. However, I am more concerned about the density. It is a very high density condo.

this is high density if u compare it with landed property, but if u compare to others condo/apartment, this is low. if u buy this rather than new landed property on subsale market, u can save alot of money such as no need to do kitchen extension, alarm system, autogate, car porch tiles, grills and etc. that's why i booked one

I am staying at landed TPP 3B. X2 really get the catching eye so I went for the show room last saturday. Price with RM569,800@2400sf. Translating to average RM237psf?? To me this is really expensive.
Guys, what do you think the resell value for this X2 with leasehold status? But no doubt it is quiet spacious.

With approximate RM570k, I can get TPP phase 8 landed properties. Approximate 2100sf. Isn't it better for living and investment?

really expensive?! old apartments at puchong wawasan also hitting rm230psf liao and the wharf lagi crazy >rm350psf. what i want to said is rm570k is high, but rm237psf is cheap

Phase 8 habis la bro.

Buy Phase 8 subsale need to fork out 100k cash - risk#1. Buy subsales and immediately sell ? same price, LPPL. Buy subsales Phase 8 and hold for 3 years? Makan interest. #2

X2 - no need to fork out 100k (+++), family homestay friendly + clubhouse facilities (youngsters sukak), DIBS (investor sukak). Subsale profit after 3 years = subsales profit after 3 years of 8A? maybe not, but balanced the risk out. fair.

Con? X2 lease hold, TPP freehold.

Again, the point is, everyone access the risk differently, that's all i want to say. We can't tell which one is better/smarter for individual, cheers. Whatever ya buying - good luck with it, happy buying.

TPP phase 8a is a very good property, freehold, beautiful design, gated and guarded. but the entry cost is higher, 57k 10% deposit provided bank valuate it at 570K and not lower, S&P and loan agreement costs, than like what mentioned above, u need to pay for grills, alarm,wet kitchen extension and etc. total cost easily can reach 100k

Any chance they will build a new interchange infront of Petronas/Shell? It seems like everyone from Putra Prima bypass LakeView toward LDP. It will be nice if we have X2 or TPP own direct entrance instead of bypass Puchong Perdana. TPP designated entrance from LDP (near Carefour)are way too far.

v book 1 yesterday at X2 condo block A. Just pay RM3k,then get loan. During construction time get reimburse back for all the interest we pay to bank. After complete only start pay the installment. That attract us. By Mar 2012 our TPP developer will open register for 2 storey n 2 1/2 storey. Price might start around RM500k, somemore need balloting. Just opposite the X2 condo.Surely jam that area start from year end 2014 onwards.

i bought ph 2e end lot with extra land 3 years back (beside X2) for 235K .. that time shaking body already ..thinking so expensive ..now 500K close eye i can sell off the unit .. aiyoyo ..

x2 tak laku here, price tag is too high even though with low psf price.
firstly, here got no rental market, the the accessibility is poor where we only got one route to enter. imagine the traffic after completion of calisa + x2 + each got at least 2 blocks some more.

for own stay, prefer the tpp landed houses. we shall see what will turn out of this x2 :)

i think the only concern is the living room which not feel as spacious as we imagine.. although it have > 2400sf. 88 years is another concern for lease hold. But other than this over all is a good property for own stay for who already accepted TPP is a good resident township to stay.
