Good News?
Hope can get banks n post office to move in, and more makan place if possible
Now almost all of the shoplots are occupied, i thinks it's a good time for the hostel to move out. Hoping for more retail shops to start their business here
Even 7-11 oso don't want to come and developer is not doing anything to make this place more happening. They just know how to take profit. They should block KFCH from renting the entire block as hostel and the shops doesn't not mean for that purpose. It makes the place look like ghost town
Developer has no authority to block owners from renting their shops to KFCH.
The hostel has been moved to Calisa N
This is great news !! Our front row shops can be occupied by more retail shops making the whole taman look more complete and clean as a residential area.

not to mention nasi kandar going to open at corner shoplot behind 99 speedmart
