Masteron Sdn Bhd re-launches Calisa Residences?


Masteron Sdn Bhd is the same developer of Koi Tropika and Koi Kinrara, will be launching Calisa Residences this Saturday 10/7/2010 at 2-GF (Block K), Jalan Dagang Mas 1, Golden Business Park, Tmn. IMHO If only they fixed the access road towards Taman Mas, the property should look more interesting.

The area is not public transport friendly. Some of the buildings at Taman Mas already cracked/ rotted. Full of foreigners. Ugly sites as well. Not recommended.

Calisa residence phase 1 going to finish selling,limited unit. Confirm got LRT station less than 500M frm tmn mas by authorised party.Phase 11 going to launching after CNY. Good for investment, opportunity is not lost but it always replace by other.

yes jenny i agreed with you as i just bought one unit ! The price is affordable and cheapest in Puchong!any yet the location is not congested like bdr puteri puchong and near to the amenities!! The piling works has been completed and i am looking forward to move to my apart.

Thank you for your support,mary. We having a property roadshow about this project at Carrefour shopping centre Puchong Utama until end of May 2011. Phase II aready starting for registration for sale first.Full facilities.Guarded,cover car park, 24hrs security,using access card.Rightnow aready more than 100 persons have registered their name to us in three weeks.

I had paid my deposite for phase 1. But bank rejected my loan. Nows, developer forfeited my deposite without solid reason and no ever a call. BECAREFUL for those interested for the project. There is NO REFUND if loan not approved! and the STAFF is TERRIBLE RUDE and like twist words. Lousy service and hungry for MONEY

Jenny, i knew you are one of the agent. But pls be honest to your client. I'm the victim, my RM500 is "donated" to Calisa. They forfeited my deposite after bank loan rejected.

Tq for your comment.May i know why bank loan rejected?Normally developer have give one form to sign that if have c-cris problem,bankrupt,do not have any pending suit against any outstanding installments for more that 3 months due to financier,over commitment,the deposit is not refundable.If u looking for refundable,pls provide a bank reject letter,we can help you to give to the developer,they will accept your proposal.

So far, i only have 1 rejected letter from bank. They need 3 letters. I had write in the letter. They said will only "consider" to return. And they ask me to get another 2 letters. The agent is not experienced and gave me wrong info at first. Really feed up.

We are as a agent, appointed by developer, we just follow their terms & conditions doing on this project.Whatever between u & the agent, there maybe misunderstanding at first,pls recall both of you have mention about the terms of housing loan rule.We serve our best service to our customer to help them to get a idea house with easy payment.I understanding your situation but we try to help you on this matter,pls don't write "negative" new on our project.Thanks very much

I felt I been cheated. While agents pursued me to buy, they told me very nicely and said anything happen the deposite can refund. This is the truth not a "negative" news. Client have the rights to know.

How is the buyers interest protected if problems arise? (ref: I know this is a serviced apartment and buyers aren’t protected by the Housing Development Act here (which is caveat emptor enough by itself), anyone interest should really study the document over carefully.)

I agreed with Chua!! I'm Victim too!! When you visit their booth, they can promise you everything and tell you nice story. My house loan also rejected by bank then I just withdraw this unit and sign all the withdraw document. The sale rep promised will refund the deposit RM400 cash within 3-4weeks but after 3 weeks the sales office called and request me send a official withdraw letter to process the refund, but after few days I received a email from they again and said only can refund RM300 deposit due to I have hold the unit more than 3 months and cant sell this unit to interested buyer, in fact I have withdraw this unit once the bank notified loan reject, it about 1 month time after booking. Then after negavetion, they agreed to refund RM400 but request rejection letter from bank!! But I remember the sales rep told me bank will send the rejection letter to them for process refund!! And said if I'm not co-operative to provide all the documents then they will not reponsible for any refund delay!! Why the sales rep never say this when I do booking??!!!

Why so much of a hoohah. If you know you're unfit to get a loan, don't buy properties. Keep your money in the bank with low interest. Simple solution, get a pre-approve loan from a bank before deciding to buy. Check out Putra Perdana, worst than just cracks. Look at future appreciation and returns. Check out the surrounding areas what price are they selling. Make good comparison and investment.

Masteron is a BS developer, their staff are cocky. They get your money they are happy, they don't get your money they treated you like shit. Beware. If you have faith in them, ignoring all the true stories and advises, go ahead and buy from them. just dont regret when shit happens to you.

Well, could it be the agents? If the customers are nasty, then they deserved it. Maybe you have not come across with properties selling above RM500k-RM1M, worst they look at you from top to bottom and show you the tidak layan attitude. Bad sales staff comes and go. Anyway, its just the $$ issue that the whole blog is talking about, now solved right. I guess you're just one of the developer's competitor to sabo the projects image. My advise to all buyers, be wise to do your own research/judgement, find out the surrounding areas any appreciation in within 6 years, etc. To me a healthy blog is good but usually its not.

Bad choice of investment. Do your own research ! call up any other banks other than their panel. You will find out the truth! Its over priced ! Value drops once its completed. Problem in selling ! Not enough car parks too!This developer should be reported to MOH ! for forfeiting peoples deposits! its a good think i learn the truth before it was too late!

Huh? The booking fee is Rm2000? Lastime I paid RM 500 only. You have to pray for loan approve. if the loan not approved, your RM2000 is going to forfeited. Before they suck your money, they will ask you to show all kinds of rejected letters from banks (at least 3 letters). After all teh monkey jobs, you still can't get back the money. Good luck to you!

Last year I bought a unit at Calisa M but my loan got rejected. But i managed to get my refund back. They deducted some admin charges lah, which is fair. I do not see any issue to get my refund back. The agent and admin dept sort out my refund less than 1 month.

Yes, i got my refund back too after bank rejected my loan application. I just call up the admin dept, they immediately process my refund back within 3 weeks. Who is telling the truth ? I'm confused.

I bought block N, previously its was screwed up! 3months, my loan have no status and outcome. To my understand, its was previously managed by a Real Estate Company. So its understandable things sometime doesnt work well when its falls into others hand.

However, the developer took over and they ensure to give me an answer. Within 1 months, I managed to signed my SPA & Loan agreement.

About the valuation, I've no idea... but the last i check with my banker it going for RM 280k, in which i bought only RM 198k. I'm planning to sell it once i get my key soon... in hoping to get RM300k by then. If any of you need i can recommend the banker.

My sister bought a unit, but then she was offer to work in Beijing. So the have to cancel her booking... I when with her to make the cancellation and she was given a form to complete.

We were expecting the might ask for our proof, but then they said it's ok. Anway, we attached a letter and explain.

2weeks passed there was no news from them. But when we call we were inform the cheque should be ready by the following week.

We refunded RM 1,700 & RM 300 (deducted for admin cost) which I believed it's fair la. I got my refund & no much complaint from myside. Thanks to Agent, I knew he helped a lot along the way.

Pls be carefull when looking for property especially this idiot developer called "Mastxxon'. You will regret buying property from them. Their staff will give u fcuking sweet promise when approching you to pay the down payment. You guys go to Koi Tropik and Koi Kinrara forum then you will know what happen. The most fcuk up is the owner of Masxxton is Dato status, shame of you, fcuking white hair uncle.....

Hi all
till today Calisa still empty no residence moving in. Wonder YYYYY?

Folks at Tmn Mas whom purchase properties with Masteron regret buying.The ugliest part is our APARTMENT value had not gone up but craks and defects every part of building.Don't be cheated by them.Just look at surrounding WHAT DEVELOPMENT rubbish after rubbish, foreign works more than local.Beware of their tricks and sweet talks!!!!!!!!!!
