BECAREFUL! THERE IS NO REFUND IF THE LOAN NOT APPOVED. i'm the Victim. I paid the deposite RM 500. they forfeited my deposite after my bank loan rejected. If you interested, think twice for this developer. the staff in taman mas is wearing mask. they don't ever call you or follow up. they just simply write a letter said your money gone. BECAREFUL!!!
