PUCHONG has seen a dramatic growth surge in the last three years, attracting dwellers and investors alike, and the area where it is particularly growing rapidly is Bukit Puchong.
With good accessibility via the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong, residential projects and businesses — retail, commercial, technology and manufacturing alike — have found a place in and around this area and there are more to come,
As such, those who wish to be part of this new growth escalation should now look towards BP: Newtown, a retail, commercial and residential development project located in the centre of Bukit Puchong. It has been created by Bukit Hitam Development Sdn Bhd, also the developer of Bukit Puchong, as a hub that will link and serve the needs of existing and up-coming developments surrounding the vicinity.
According to Bukit Hitam Development’s general manager Edward Lee, the creation of BP:Newtown is timely and relevant. There are currently at least a dozen premium residential projects circling Bukit Puchong; Taylor’s International School is being built to cater for up to 2,000 students and an international chain of hypermarket is scheduled to open in July this year.
He said, “We are convinced that these are clear indicators that this is where the new growth area is for Puchong and BP: Newtown is a genuinely viable investment opportunity.”
He added, “Puchong has attracted a keen following of middle to high-income households which has generated a strong spending market that will continue to grow and expand in terms of their needs.
“For example, those forming the workforce in the area, professional singles and young families seeking out affordable housing and entrepreneurs looking to develop business opportunities.
“BP: Newtown is designed not only to cater to but also complement these requirements.”
Lee further revealed that half of the initial 62 units of low-rise shop-offices have already been sold during the first month of preview, affirming investors’ confidence in the growth potential of BP:Newtown. Middle to high-end residential products will follow starting with 290 units of serviced suites, for which registration is open.
Subsequently a gated and guarded community of 47 units semi-detached 2.5 storey villas will be introduced.
Evidently BP:Newtown is set not only to landmark Bukit Puchong as the hub and heart of Puchong but also to become the new preference amongst investors and dwellers alike.
BP: Newtown will be at MAPEX until tomorrow at Mid-Valley Exhibition Centre, booth number 1064. There will be a rebate of RM20,000 and complimentary S&P fees for each unit of BP:Newtown three- and four-storey shopoffices purchased during MAPEX*. Registration will also open for BP:Newtown Serviced Suites.
