Although this local plan is not the latest plan, and subject to change in the future, but this will give you a rough idea of how this place going to be developed.

Best wishes to everyone in 2013!

with so much development, developer and local council do not come up with better solution to ease the traffic in PP and solve the flash flood at phase4c and 4b.

We can complain to MP Sepang together to solve the flood problem. I think the problem may be due to clogged drain.

I have made a complaint in MP Sepang website. Hope the rest of the residents can do the same to help to pressurized the local council

i have made numerous (lost count unless in trace back my mp sepang account) complain to MP sepang for the past 3 years about the flash flood and yet there has not been any improvement. first, the clogged drain, cleared; then the clogged waterway/canal, cleared; then the outlet of canal not properly constructed and they passed the ball to DID to solve. up to now, no reply. Although I proposed to mp sepang for better retention pond but they refer this to DID. no news yet.

Hoping the ongoing 'projek tebatan banjir' can solve your problem once completed, the project deepening, widening, and cementing monsoon drains from putra impiana all the way to taman mas.

End of TPP drainage system

it seems that all the rain water from TPP channel to this area, no where to go....no wonder flash flood happen.
