Meanwhile, the shop units which have a gross built-up area from 1,030 sq ft, are priced from RM618,000.

“We are happy to be moving into high-rise developments in the BSP township and confident that BSP Skypark will receive positive response due to its affordable pricing. BSP Skypark’s vision of “A Lifestyle Of Connected Possibilities", embodies the connectivity buyers can expect among families, friends as well as investors seeking business opportunities here. The focus of the property sector has shifted to affordable homes, and having experience in this segment, LBS will continue to support the Government’s initiatives to increase home ownership among Malaysians. Our recent success of achieving RM871 million sales, which surpassed our 2012 sales target of RM800 million, is a proof that our offerings are aligned with the needs of Malaysian homebuyers,” said LBS Managing Director, Dato’ Lim Hock San. A key feature of BSP Skypark is the spacious 1.3 acre-sized facilities area comprising prayer rooms, a multipurpose hall, playgrounds. The area would also include recreational facilities such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, jogging track, gym, game room and yoga room. In addition, reading areas, cafes and a sundeck promote a leisure lifestyle for BSP Skypark residents and will help them unwind from the stress of city life. Furthermore, for convenience and increased security, a minimum of two parking lots per serviced residence unit is allocated.
Targeted for completion by 2016, BSP Skypark has a total Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM320 million. The launch of BSP Skypark also marked the unveiling of BSP’s Sales Gallery, built to accommodate the needs of the fast maturing township. Existing and potential property buyers can now visit the BSP Sales Gallery to view the BSP Skypark show unit as well as other LBS developments in Bandar Saujana Putra, all conveniently located under one roof. The set-up of this comprehensive LBS’ sales gallery is an effort to increase the Group’s engagement with existing or potential homebuyers. The BSP Sales Gallery is open daily from 9.00am to 6.00pm.

LBS will be offering attractive incentives to serviced residence buyers which include an eight per cent rebate for every unit purchased in addition to a seven per cent discount for Bumiputra buyers. Serviced residence buyers will also enjoy a waiver on the legal fees for sale and purchase agreements (SPA) and deed of mutual covenants (DMC) in addition to the one year free service charge. As for investors of the commercial units, LBS is offering a waiver on the legal fees for SPA and DMC including a ten per cent discount on every unit purchased for Bumiputra buyers.
