This shd be plenitude new launch pricing for their TPP
Is this a mistake? Even if only 1 house with max price, all other are min, the average is
= (1163700×44+2011200×1)/45
= 1182533 > the average, 1168000.
this is harga piawai bukan harga purata lah
This should be phase6A, piling at the site has started
saw launching today... not sure hows the sales...

i am just wander what school they going to have in taman putra prima....
even after construction the road will be same as now. i bet 10 buck with you.... coz i was in phase 3.. after phase 4... phase 5... until now you see it you self!!!!!!!!!!
touch up the road within n nearby TPP pls!!! GE is coming soon, still no one take action???
the traffic light mal-function for 2 days!!!
Anyone go to launching day? How was the sale? Too expensive!
