Tot a school will be there??
How come become residential??
BN government doesn't allow SRJKC to be built there. Half the land + the Bolton showroom was cut for the residence project.
but why Status/Tkh lulus = Tolak ?
Under mpsj plan.. I see.. already gazetted as tapak pendidikan..
funny to see it revoked..
The gazetted tapak pendidikan only half of the entire vacant land, other half is for housing development. The project got rejected mayb bcoz of something else such as plot ratio
true also, the land is way too large for a school
Actually, last time the developer was kind enough to donate the entire land to build 2 schools - one for SRJKC, another for high school (Catholic High School). The other vacant land near Wharf would be for disabled person carehouse. None of the projects go through despite approval from Selangor state government.
Now Elevia going to takes up half of it, i dont see 2 schools being built there anymore. if we are all lucky, one school would be glad enough for us. But then again, who is in charge of government now? BN? wait long long. Education become a political chip, sad but true..
I have checked with the sales agent in Bolton.. The school will still be there.. 2 schools to be specific.. What school, that is a guess..
The Elevia is taking up 1/5 of the space only not half of the vacant la..
Lets see what will happen la.. From my findings, the elevia project hasnt gotten the approval from the authorities yet.. But hoardings are all up.. Wish they could have done the same for the schools..
